i’ve been fermenting a lot of cabbage and radish lately, super simple & love it as a garnish on top of my dinners. i have never made your 4 ingredient grain free pcakes but i think that’s about to change 🙂 i’ve also been loving the buckwheat groats—i got an entire pound at the asian grocer for $3. it’s ridiculous!! i cannot wait for some warmer weather so we can grill some shrimp or scallops! i am definitely in the mood for seafood but it’s still pretty freaking cold up here 🙁
