Happy Move-it-Monday Purely Fit Friends!!
Did you have a nice weekend? Our Saturday was beautiful but Sunday it literally rained all day. Crazy how the weather changes day to day. And today we are having more rain. Boo. Though hopefully we will get better weather by the end of the week, at least that is what the forecast is showing here.
Time for another bedroom workout to add to our mini bedroom series for the month of March. Last week we filmed our last bedroom workout, so sad as we had so much fun doing these. We hope you are loving them.
We are trying to decide on what our next workout series should be… any suggestions?
HIIT in the bedroom bodyweight interval workout.
Get ready to feel the burn throughout your entire body from your arms, shoulders, back, core and legs! And have fun while doing it.
You know by now how much we adore our interval HIIT style workouts as they are quick and very effective. We’ve created yet another fun, fast moving HIIT workout.
And it’s just a bodyweight workout again! Which means you really have to push yourself with each interval!
We challenged ourselves with doing decline push-ups and cross-over tummy tucks for more intensity.
One great thing about bodyweight workouts: you can control how easy or how hard you challenge your body.
And by changing up the angle (among other things) with certain exercises you can increase or decrease the overall intensity. Making each workout your own 🙂
Here is the HIIT bedroom bodyweight workout breakdown:

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Push yourself hard in each move. Limit your breaks.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Follow the modifications we mention in the video. Omit the jumps in the jump squats and lunges if it is too much. Also do incline push-ups or regular push-ups if the decline ones are too difficult.

Okay maybe not screaming, as that might make people get the wrong idea of what’s going on, haha
With this 12 minute HIIT workout, you really have to push yourself to your max. Make each 50 seconds count!
