I have the control to change the way I think, and this will change my life for the better by focusing on more of what I CAN DO! For us, we remind ourselves everyday to say WE CAN! We will! Believe in yourself and realize you have the power inside you to change if you want to!
We just enjoyed a lovely protein waffle with a fresh green juice for breakfast and are now sipping on some coffee before we go about our day. We had a purely talk video planned for today but running into some video issues plus having some club workout videos not acting properly. So we are a little frustrated today.
But we are in control of our thoughts and actions.
We are keeping our thoughts positive knowing things will all work out.
No matter what may come your way today or tomorrow just keep your head up. Focus more on what YOU CAN DO and less on what you can’t. Make every negative situation into a positive one!
Here is what we did for the protein waffles:
Grain-free banana protein waffles. Soft and delicious.Print
banana hemp protein waffles
Grain free protein based soft waffles.
- 1 banana
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ghee (or coconut oil)
- 2–3 tablespoon hemp protein powder
- 1 tablespoon gelatin (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour batter into waffle maker.
- Or make as pancakes.
- Top with maple syrup.
- Makes 2 large waffles serves 1
Just whipped these waffles up off the top of our heads this morning. We both were going back and forth on what we wanted to eat after doing our workout this morning. And waffles came to mind. Really we make any excuse to make waffles.
