Sparks from our week:
Enjoying Babycakes gluten-free vegan donuts when we were down in Disney last week. So good. Still dreaming about them.
Practiced and enjoyed a new yummy recipe. Can’t wait to share this one with you guys!!
Enjoyed daily walks outside.
Made an old favorite – mung bean flatbread – we were wanting something a little different than our normal plantain bread. Used sprouted mung beans, which we ground into flour. Mixed 1/2 cup mung bean flour with 1/2 cup water. Cooked in skillet. Enjoyed with an egg to make a mini sandwich.
Enjoyed a very random but delicious dinner earlier this week.
Enjoyed baked plantains for dessert one night. Michelle is experimenting with adding in plantains back into her diet, and so far she has no issues. So she is excited that she can eat plantains again.

Did a killer plank workout that our abs are still sore from. A new purely training workout coming Monday.
Enjoyed an awesome arm workout for our purely fit club.
Enjoyed the perfect waffles with some sheep yogurt to make a fun sandwich.
Seeing this dog. Seriously Jax 😉
