We finally got back in the kitchen earlier this week to film a new purely talk. We know that Valentine’s Day is still a long time away but really before we know it – it will be here! And to be prepared for the special day we wanted something that would satisfy our chocolate craving. And it’s perfect for all those amazing and sexy single ladies out there like Michelle. Just because you are single doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy something a little special. Even if you have a special someone you can still enjoy this yummy dessert.

Perfection in one single serving cake! Protein chocolate cake inspired from our baked thin mint cake with 2 ingredient chocolate fudge in between.

Printsingle serving protein chocolate fudge cake

Quick and healthy gluten-free grain-free low sugar dairy-free nut-free soy-free chocolate protein cake with chocolate fudge.
Ingredients
- One recipe of our baked thin mint cake (just with no peppermint unless you want to)
- one recipe of our 2 ingredient quick chocolate fudge
Instructions
- First preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Make protein chocolate cake.
- *note can do this in the microwave if you want.
- Let cake cool.
- Cut cake in half.
- Make chocolate fudge and let sit in fridge.
- Remove from fridge and fill chocolate cake.
- Enjoy.
So delicious and simple to make! Which could be a good or bad thing 😉
