Enjoyed several protein english muffins topped with coconut oil while working.
Enjoyed flourless brownies with hot cocoa. Oh so lovely.
Arriving in sunny CA and first stop was whole foods. Enjoyed a lovely lunch and stocked up on some goodies for my time here.
I was able to do mostly planking last week for my workouts, and finally had time to get a good sweaty workout in at the hotel gym.
