How’s your 2014 going?
We have been busy over here, but enjoying everyday! We have a lot of great recipes coming your way, which we are glad everyone is enjoying the pistachio chocolate donuts! Seriously they will become your favorite donut recipe 😉 Besides making donuts and catching up friends, we have been filming new workout videos for purely training and purely fit life club.
Foam rolling was this weeks challenge! And most days we did get up every morning and foam roll for 5 minutes. How did you do?
Now for our weekly workout recap from the past week: Workouts from: Dec 30 – Jan 5
Mon: Filmed a 15 minute interval leg workout – Purely Training #46.
Tues: Filmed a Purely Fit Life Club 12 minute HIIT cardio.
Wed: REST DAY! We enjoyed our first day of the new year playing in the kitchen making new recipes.
Thur: Filmed a 12 minute leg cardio workout – Purely Training #47
Fri: Filmed a Purely Fit Life Club 18 minute full body workout. A fun low impact workout.
Sat: We plan to do this Purely Inspire #7 workout!
Sun: REST DAY
