We know you are busy with the holidays but in under 30 minutes you have yourself one killer cardio workout. Promise. A fast-moving, fun routine perfect for doing this holiday season!
24 minute kick your butt cardio online purely fit life workout.
We love working out inside our home. Hence why majority of our workout videos are indoors, though in our purely fit life club we’ve done a few outdoor ones. But indoors is our thing.
And YOU can get an amazing heart-pumping cardio workout done inside. Even if it is snowing right now at your home, no excuse not to squeeze in a good workout 🙂
This is a straight bodyweight workout! Which means you can do this workout anywhere! Even traveling during the holidays!
And we added in butt kicks for some cardio fun. It’s been forever since we’ve done those. Did them a lot when we played volleyball.
This workout will work the whole body from head to toes 😉 Time for a fat-busting cardio workout that is done in under 30 minutes!
Single leg lunge hops are always killer for us as well as extreme mountain climbers. Both are such explosive bodyweight movements that get your heart pumping.

Here is your workout breakdown:

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Push yourself hard in each 30 seconds. Go fast in each interval. Going for speed.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Omit the jump in the single leg jump lunges if it is too much.
