Say this everyday –
I want to get healthy. I want to look and FEEL better. I will eat right, exercise, and rest! I will respect my body. I will earn my body.
Now for our weekly workout recap from the past week: Workouts from: Dec 9 – 15.
Monday – Filmed a 16 minute interval workout. Get ready purely fitters this is a good one. (only in the PFL club)
Tuesday – Filmed a new 12 minute workout coming to Move-it-Monday.
Wednesday – Filmed a 20 minute weight workout for our purely fitters. (only in the PFL club)
Thursday – Filmed a 24 minute cardio coming to Move-it-Monday in two weeks.
Friday – Filmed a time challenge workout coming to Move-it-Monday in three weeks.
Saturday – 10 minutes of yoga.
Sunday – Rest day.
