Monday – Day off as we traveling back from the holidays.
Tuesday – Unplanned day off. But we did do our planks!
Wednesday – Filmed a 18 minute extreme plank workout for move-it-monday. Get ready it’s coming this Monday.
Thursday – Filmed a new 18 minute leg workout. In our PFL club only.
Friday – Legs were sore from our workout the day before so we just went for a 20 minute walk.
Saturday – Filmed two workouts for our Purely Fit members. One was a 10 minute cardio. And the second one was a time challenge that took us a little over 11 minutes.
Sunday – 30 minutes of Yoga. We have the Short and Sweet dvds by Travis Eliot.
