Enjoyed some parsnips fries. This time shredded them in the food processor, then baked in the oven. So good! They did not get as crispy as we hoped but still a fantastic side for dinner.

Finally getting workout groove back!
Enjoyed some perfect fit protein waffles made with blue hubbard squash.
Here is what we did:
- 4 eggs
- 2 scoops of perfect fit protein
- 1 cup squash (cooked)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Topped our waffles with some goat kefir and cinnamon. Waffle cereal anyone?? haha These were perfect, hit the spot for us.
