MMM definitely will have to try this!! You ladies are culinary geniuses! Although I love caramelized, roasted brussels sprouts, I have a soft spot for them simply steamed (and sprawled all over my instagram) until vibrant green, either plain, or topped with coconut oil or tahini-yum! (can you spot the purelytwins influence?? haha)
yum! 😉 hehe
These look so intriguing! I love that they contain brussels sprouts and that they actually look like legit breadsticks. Yum.
Lisa thank you 😉

I love how you girls are so creative with food and eat what makes YOU and your body feel awesome, instead of what others say to eat. I still struggle with that. You’re my inspiration to be purely me!
so happy to hear this 🙂 made our night! yes it takes time to just love food and worry less but you will get there!! hugs
Hello! I love Brussels sprouts and I love plantains and to combine them like this, is pure genious! I can’t wait to try this.
Question: should one use a green unripe plantain or semi ripe yellow/green (but not brown)?
I would suggest using unripe green one, but a slightly yellow one should be fine too.
Thank you!
I have these in the oven right now…hiding the evidence from my fiance so he doesn’t know what I put in them 🙂 Have you tried freezing these or can you speak to whether they reheat well? Thank you!
we have frozen them, they do pretty well. yay! enjoy 😉
