Today’s Purely Fit Life Workout is a full body 20 minute AMRAP pyramid workout.
20 minutes to get as many rounds as you can. Are you ready?
YES you are! We believe in you.
This purely fit life workout is made up of basic moves like lunges, squats, and mountains climbers. Plus we threw in one of our favorite moves – mini dive bombers. This move was from our very first purely fit life sexy arm workout. Man does that feel like forever ago.
Your arms will be worked. Your legs will be dead. Your core will be engaged. Your whole body will be burning.
Perfect way to burn calories. Rev up your metabolism. And get your butt moving.
Here is the workout breakdown:
PFL #35 20 min AMRAP (click for printable)
- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Limit your breaks. Push yourself hard to get as many round as you can in the 20 minutes.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Follow the modifications we mentioned in the video. If 20 minutes is too long, try for 15 minutes.
