It’s Move-it-monday…time to sweat.
Today we have purely fit life workout #34. After getting you to do a crazy push-up workout, now we have a crazy burpee workout.
Burpees are seriously the perfect exercise move. Cardio. Strength. Power. Body weight. Speed.
All wrapped in one.
Not only are burpees a great exercise the side lunge and squats are too. The side lunge is a favorite of ours as it can effectively strengthen and tone muscles in your glutes, thighs and hips. This exercise is effective because it works so many muscle groups at one time. The more muscles you use, the more calories you burn. And to increase the challenge even more use dumbbells to really engage those muscles more.

We also love working out back side when we can and bridge is a favorite. Bridge pulses are great for toning up your glutes, hamstring and lower back. Bridge aids in core activation and spinal stability in hip extension. They are a great body weight movement that can be done by anyone!
Here is your workout breakdown:

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Use moderate to heavy weight. Limit your breaks.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Use lighter weights. For the burpees, you can just step back and omit the jump.
