Purely Inspire workout schedule for week 4

Hey Purely Fitters,

Week 4 is going to be tough as it filled with time challenges and tabatas.

A new week. New goals. New motivation.

Remember to push to your max in each workout. Let’s work hard this week Purely Fitters. See you in the members area.


No better time than now! Stop the excuses. Believe in yourself. Respect your body. Become Purely Fit inside and out 🙂  Keep your MIND strong…keep your BODY strong!


Purely Inspire Workout Schedule for the week of Monday October 21 to Sunday Oct 27

Monday –  Purely Inspire Workout #4 –  will need a dumbbells or sandbag, as well as a chair or a box. This is a great workout to work the inner thighs! (workout only in PFL club)

Tuesday –  Purely Inspire Workout #2 – A crazy intense time challenge filled with 9 different exercises that will make your muscles burn. (workout only in PFL club)

Wednesday –  Purely Fit Life #20 –  Love this workout to get a strong, sexy back! Side plank with back fly is one of our favorite moves.

Thursday – ACTIVE REST DAY – stay active and do extra stretching as the workouts are tough this week.

Friday – Purely Inspire Workout #5 –  a 20 minute time challenge. A full body workout featuring one of our favorite moves for a strong core!  (workout only in PFL club)

Saturday – Purely Fit Life #15 – a killer 20 minute tabata workout.

Sunday –Cardio sprint interval or FREE day (do whatever you feel like – hiking, swimming, dancing)

Suggested ideas for different fitness levels:

B-fits (Beginners) – We do have separate workouts for you, but all of our workouts can be customized to meet your fitness level. Basic tips for beginners use bodyweight or light dumbbells as you build up strength. Omit the jumps in the workouts and modify any other exercises that you need to. The key is to move the body everyday.

A-fits (Advanced) – Keep up with us or beat us! Use heavier weights or do an extra round. Always push yourself to your max to achieve great results.

Busy people –  This is for our Purely Fitters that might be going through a busy period in their life where there is little to no room to workout. Each workout we will provide tips how to still do the workouts, but keeping them short!

Keep up the great work everyone! We are soooo proud.

This is a hard week, but stay focused and believe in yourself!

In our program there are several different styles of workouts, some use weights and some are straight body weight. We provide modifications in each workout. We also have several workouts on our youtube channel for those that need to do a different workout, just pick a workout you feel comfortable doing.  Always do workouts that fit your schedule this week.
