From us:

plantains pumpkin coconut

This is how our week started…..and ended 😉 recipe testing, recipe testing…

another recipe failure

and with recipe testing comes lots of recipe failures.

We do not like to waste food, so we have enjoyed these failures all week.

workouts

Been working hard in filming new workouts.

pumpkin and coffee

Pumpkin (a failure recipe) and decaf coffee make for the perfect afternoon snack.

dinner

We love having dinner outside, especially when grilled fish is involved.

nightimewalk

Night time walks with Jax.

pumpkin ghee snack

More recipe “failure” enjoyment. They make for nice random snacks especially with some ghee on top.

dinner2

We are still loving plantains. Michelle is still unsure if it is a food that causes her eczema breakout or not. Actually due to the all the recipe testing it has been hard for her to keep track, but still overall doing well with her skin.

sleepyjax

Oh we love sleepy Jax….love how he just tucks himself into the couch.

plantain protein pancakes

Plantain pancakes (we just did 2 eggs instead of 3) topped with perfect fit protein sludge (perfect fit mixed with water), and maple syrup!

The perfect post workout meal, do you agree?

From around the internet:

Pregnant crossfitter   —> great posts and we feel if a woman can workout during pregnancy that is great, but do feel each person is different, so stop the judging as everyone is different, and there is nothing wrong with a women feeling good and working out while being pregnant

Tips for your first mud run –> we still hope to try one these races one day

“Hashtag with Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake   –> soooo funny!

How to get sh!t done working from home –>we need to work on this haha

Haha the best thing about cooking is that your failures are (sometimes) edible!

Once I made cookies, and the butter to flour ratio was wrong; not enough flour, too much butter. The cookies spread out A LOT, but they still tasted really good and my friends said they really liked them!

I love how delicious all your failures look! Not a bad side perk of the recipe testing job. 🙂
