This past week the weather was perfect, so we took advantage every second we could to get outside. Nothing like breathing in some fresh air with the sun beaming on your face.

We have been adding spirulina to as many meals as we can. Forget how much we love this stuff! But does not make for pretty pictures, haha

This is much better..more appealing to the eye, right?  This was a simple dinner, a mix of everything – white rice, kale, brussel sprouts, cod, beef liver meatball, and local grass-fed burger.

This past week we have been working late, so healthy snacks are important to give us fuel. Cinnamon toast crunch is the perfect munching snack. No milk needed.

And we found a way to get the cinnamon toast crunch cereal CRISPY –>store in freezer!!

Great reads! Just had breakfast outside this morning. Love eating out on the screened in porch! Which is why I am loving this time of year. morning routine… breakfast and out the door. THat’s as good as it gets at 5:30am.

Do you gals Oil Pull? I tried it this AM for 20 minutes and while it seemed like a long time, I felt great afterwards.

Brooke we used to oil pull a few times a week, we have been bad and keep forgetting, we need to get back into it

Love these sparks! That last pic of your new recipes looks like an incredible edible! Haha can’t wait for recipe 😉 Love the links too – I’ve been asking around for thoughts on morning routines so those have been a great help! Will def feature them in my next post on the subject. Totally agree with the positive affirmations! that and gratitude lists are new additions to mine 🙂
