eats and moves of the past week

by purelytwins

Good Morning luvs!

We cannot believe another week is already coming to an end. ย We have a busy week coming up as we are both going to be traveling with Raw Threads.

Enjoyed some planking and yoga this past week. Yoga is something that we are motivated to do, not quite habit yet. Hopefully over time it will!

burpee challenge

Who the hell invented burpees?? haha

Hope our purely fitters still love us after doing 100 burpees this past week.

My fave meal was lasagna made completely from scratch that I made last night for dinner. It was a white lasagna with sausage, spinach, and mozz cheese. Fresh pasta is so good!
I’m going to share the recipe soon on the blog ๐Ÿ˜›

Hi! How often do you incorporate planks into your weekly workouts? What would you recommend, are they something you should do daily or just couple times a week? would love your input on them as I am trying to build core strength! Thanks Tam x

We feel doing planks everyday is great.
