You really don’t need long cardio sessions to get a good sweat in. And we promise you this 10 minute workout will leave you dead.
Okay not really dead. But leaves your muscles burning.
Get ready for your legs to burn, your heart pumping fast, and sweat pouring down your face.
Here is the workout breakdown:
10 min cardio workout #purelyfitlife (click for workout printable)
- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Get as many reps as you can within the 30 seconds.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at your own pace. Do push-ups on your knees. If you cannot jump, step forward and back.
Now it’s your time to workout with us!
Remember that this cardio workout is only 10 minutes long… so make sure to give it your ALL! Push yourself!
Being in the fitness industry it can be hard not compare oneself to others.
So remember how others see you are not important. How you see yourself is everything! Stop comparing. Think more highly of yourself because you are unique, special and beautiful just the way you are.
