I am so in love with your purely fit program!! It motivates me everyday! Thank you so much for sharing your motivation and inspiration!! I am so excited to make your cereal recipes today :)! Its meal prepping day for me! Cooking up proteins, roasting veggies and chopping and separating all my veggies. Im going to try to meal plan this week. It makes it so much easier after a long day of work. Something that sparked my interest this week was the I Heart Wellness Challenge Group that Kris Britton created on Facebook. Its an amazing group of positive womensupporting eachother. Its so nice to see encouragement instead of judgement between women. I love you ladies!!

Great links – especially the last two, which are such good reminders! I think your creation is plantains fried in coconut oil with coconut butter and cocoa powder frosting :). Can’t wait to see what it really is!
