Yes this workout will be working the FULL body, but it has a strong focus on working the upper body. Especially your core and BACK!
It takes time to build muscle. For us using our own body weight and free weights has allowed us to grow our muscles! It might take a little bit longer than lifting really heavy on machines at a gym, but we are pleased with our hard work. Remember you can get in great shape at home! Just keep working hard!!
As you see in the video, there was laughing involved. We promise we were prepared to film this, haha.

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Use a heavy weight. Limit the rest in between sets.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at your own pace. Use bodyweight or light weight.

We hope you like this workout. We love adding in free weights to our home workouts from time to time. Don’t be afraid of weights! Free weights are your friends. Great thing about adding in weights too is that you get to control the intensity. Always listen to your body and keep good form, but try to challenge yourself with going a little heavier when you can.
This workout is great for all fitness levels as you can control the pace and the amount of weight used!
And of course smiling is recommended when working out 😉
