Ingredients

  • 1 green plantain (medium-large) 6 1/2 -7oz once peeled
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, liquid
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (or a nut butter)
  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
  3. Spread socca batter on a cookie sheet very thin. Makes a large rectangle shape on a cookie sheet.
  4. Make for about 15-18 minutes.
  5. Slice and enjoy.
