Yep, beginners, you can do this workout too! We are calling this workout a pyramid circle because you build up each exercise and then just keep repeating it over and over until the 12 minutes is up. In this working we wanted to show to two different fitness levels in one workout video.

- A-fits (advanced peeps): Push yourself; limit your breaks. Move at a face pace while keeping good form.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at your own pace. For the tuck jumps just do a small jump.
Remember we all had to start at square one. Do not give up. Even if you do not see change, you will over time! Stay consistent with your workouts and eating a diet that works for your body –> and over time you will get the body you desire. Let us know how you liked the workout!
