Happy Monday! Who is ready for another fun week? Our purely fitters better be ready for more fun workouts this week and check-ins from us!
How was everyone’s weekend? Did you have nice weather?
We had a mix of sun and rain over the past few days. Hopefully the rain stops and more sunny weather comes to stay!
Thursday was a rest day for us but we did squeeze in a family walk.
Friday was doing a plank +bridge combo workout followed by a HIIT cardio sprint interval. Gary and Jax joined too.
Saturday we did a plank builder workout from our purely power fitness program. We did the workout out on Lori’s deck for a change of scenery.
Sunday was plank with some yoga. Did a little jumping too.
This was the end of our first week #purelypower program. We are so glad to hear that all of our Purely Power Fitters have been enjoying the workouts too! Together we will all get stronger, one workout at a time.

Enjoyed cutting our plantains differently to create plantain hash. Got this idea from Wendy, a reader, who left a comment on our facebook page sharing how she cuts them up like hashbrowns. Loved it.

Again loving our baked filled plantains.
Played in the kitchen with a new recipe involving tahini, chocolate and chia seeds.
Made some english protein muffins with a chocolate drizzle one night.
Salmon dinners all around.
Sometimes simple is best.
Saturday morning enjoyed some figs, bacon, hemp protein chia pancakes that broke a little with coconut oil and maple syrup.
We love food!
