The workout might seem a little complicated so we highly recommend watching the video. We go over every move (providing beginner tips) and discuss how the workout works.
Now go get dressed and let’s sweat it out.
Make sure to warm-up before doing this workout and cool down with some stretching or even do some foam rolling. We had a lot of fun with this workout as it moved quickly and challenged the full body.
