Great idea with the ascending ladder; I’m definitely doing this workout tomorrow as I get back on track after a few days off while celebrating the 4th!

Thanks for another great workout. This is a new fave! I did it not once, but twice, last week. The second time, I did it with my boyfriend, and he found it equally challenging. We’re training for a Spartan Race, so burpees are totally on point.

Hello Lovelies,

I eat a good diet (trying to find my balance), but am incredibly skinny fat. In the past I have been 120% dedicated to fitness for a period of time, then absolutely no exercise for an even longer period of time. My main goal this time is simply consistency – what is attainable for me without excuses. So, to start things off I went for a walk last night and then this morning just did this workout. It was sooo hard because I am out of shape – a good wake up call. I noticed that my form was poor/sloppy because I was tired, BUT I did get through it. Going to go for another walk tonight – just keep moving! I think I will incorporate some of your videos and then mix it up with other vids, the gym, outside, etc. I think you gals do a great job with your routines and vids. I think it may be fun to try a little background music…what do you think. Just a suggestion to keep motivated, though you two are great enough motivation. You both have come far and are very fit and strong – I admire that. I no longer really have a goal for weight loss…to becoming fit, but rather get the exercise and nutrition in to balance my body.

Love you girls – you are both so amazing!
