Enjoying lots of yummy food this past week. And being grateful at every meal.

It is so important to be happy when you sit down to eat.  Say a prayer. Bless your food. Be grateful for the nourishment!

change your mind change your life

Inspiring others that if you change your mind —- you can change your life.  One thing we focus on daily — our thoughts. When we are more positive with our personal thoughts the better our life is. When we have those negative thoughts pop up we notice a difference in our attitudes. No good. The mind truly is amazing.

Remember no matter what is going on – stay POSITIVE!

Yum! I have got to give plantains a try. We used to grow them in the back yard but I never actually did anything with them. Shameful!

Looks like a great weekend of eats! Contrats on the release of the fit program.

purelytwins June 30, 2013 - 2:36 pm

If Lori is married, how can you two eat all your meals together? What about hubby? Doesn’t he get jealous?

purelytwins July 1, 2013 - 8:16 am

Lori’s husband works and we don’t eat all our meals together even though it may look like it at times.

Beth July 1, 2013 - 1:06 am

Beth July 24, 2013 - 2:54 pm

do you ever eat brown rice? White rice doesn’t make your constipation worse? I fear it does mine!

purelytwins July 24, 2013 - 5:48 pm

Beth we eat white rice because for us it is easier to digest. We cannot handle a lot of fiber so we avoid brown rice. Find what works for you.
