Seeing this! Seriously can’t stop laughing when I see Jax do this. He does it all time.

Extremely grateful for our life.

Love our niece!

twins at park

Hanging out in Disney with our family in the HOT and rainy FL weather.

Enjoying yummy cupcakes.

From around the internet:

Is brown rice really the healthiest? —> more reasons why we love our white rice

5 components of dreaming big from our dear friend –> love this girl

A receipt that shows all your macros  –> great read and why we are nervous in sharing our macros (as we receive this question several times a day) but we want to share as we hope it helps others learn and figure out what works for them.

New IBS-FODMAP research and can over training cause ance – great stuff about over training. We have reduced our intensity and frequency of workouts many times to help heal. It is so worth it!!!

How to make homemade squeezable toothpaste –> pretty cool idea

Have a great Sunday!
