avocado protein plantain pudding
- 2 whole avocados
- about 1/2 plantain (green or yellow/brown)
- 2 scoops protein powder
- splashes of water till desired consistency
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend till smooth and creamy.
- Add water slowly.
- Blend till your desired consistency.
- Also if you use a ripe plantain it will be sweeter, ours was a still a little green. More starchy.
