Time to get your sweat on with this 300 rep ‘sliding’ workout. We are calling it our sliding workout because each move you’re sliding.
You will need a wash cloth or towel (or even paper plates) and a hard surface for this workout. We had a FUN time filming this video and we hope you have FUN with the workout as well.
This 300 rep workout works the entire body! Lots of core action going on too!

These exercises target the abdominals, obliques, quadriceps, shoulders and transverse abdominals. Remember to focus on contracting the abs and breathing.
Get ready to feel the burn all over!
This workout is full of strength moves as well as stability.
We took our favorite moves and added in the sliding effect for something a little more exciting. We just love challenging the body differently.

This looks like a great core workout! I’ve never tried using towels before.
This looks awesome. It’s actually perfect for me right now because I’m trying to give my shin a little break, and sliding keeps it low impact. Genius!
I like this because I can work out and mop my floor at the same time!! Seriously I did this in the kitchen.

I loved this workout. The bunny hops were the most challenging exercise but I made it through. I feel good and sweaty now! I also made the plantain pancakes (without the kombucha) for lunch and loved them!

I was quite nervous to do this one, as i’m extremely sore and had never done these sliding videos. After an hour of procrastination, I finally began and finished the workout. I learned 3 things, procrastination gets me nowhere, sliding exercises are insanely fun, and to always trust in the Purely Fit Twins, and the exercises they put forth :)))
