We are so excited to share something new we are starting!
This is something we have been wanting to do for some time, just never had time. Now that things are starting to settle down for the both us and we are getting into a system, we feel it is time.
Q and A with the TWINS

Just a little preview of some of the questions we get on a daily basis that we will start covering first:
1 – How do you know you have a broken metabolism
2 – What is the deal with macros
3 – Why do we eat white rice instead of brown rice
4 – How much FAT do we really eat
5- If I am healing should I do raw vegan diet or paleo like diet
Now each of these questions we could talk about for hours, so we will do our best to just get to the point.ย We plan to do this video series on Friday, or would people prefer Thursday?ย Make sure you subscribe to our youtube channelย – purelytwins.
We will share our research plus what we have noticed from personal experiments. Provide you with every side so you can decide what you want to try out for yourself.ย Remember these are just our thoughts – WE ARE NOT SAYING WE ARE RIGHT – just PURELY sharing our findings.

Yay! such a good idea! Can’t wait for it! Great addition to Move it Monday videos! Hmm, I like the videos posted on fridays because if we miss it, we can easily remember to watch it on Saturday morning with our coffee ;). However, I’ll watch it on any day :)!

Aw you both are so beautiful, thanks for the continuing awareness about hormonal and metabolic imbalance. I think that’s a hot topic among women since most of us have severely messed up our hormones through birth control.
First of all, love the new hair cuts girls. Secondly, looking forward to the q+as and future vids. Love the workouts I’ve done so far. You 2 got me into the habit of daily planking!

Hey! By some divine grace I stumbled upon your website looking for veggie based salad recipes. I was blown away (and a bit overwhelmed) by the amount of great information you have posted here. I am a busy mom of three beautiful children, and wife to a wonderful man. I am trying to make some changes for all of our health. I love the sound of your recipes. My daughter does quite a lot of vegan cooking so will love to try some of your recipes as well. I have one concern though, and that is that when I use coconut oil, both ingested and topically, I get hives. What I’m wondering is, is there something else I can use in my baking, for example, in the triple chocolate cream cake, as well as many others, they ALL sound delish!

sorry to hear that about coconut oil, in our triple chocolate cream cake you can use cacao butter as it gets hard too like coconut oil. you will have to melt it to liquid and then add in recipe, and once it gets cold again it will firm up to be nice and firm.
and other baking that is not raw like baking muffins or cookies you can use any liquid fat of choice.
