by purelytwins

Hey friends it’s Move-it-Monday!

Ready to sweat?

Ready to workout with us?

YA you are 😉

A lot of you requested a longer workout, so today’s workout will take you under 20 minutes to complete. We are sharing #purelyfitlife workout #8! This workout can be done anywhere and no special equipment needed for it.

A full body workout where you will use your own body weight as resistance. There are some plyometric moves that will help you work on speed and agility.

We love doing interval workouts like this one that require you to use your whole body.  This workout is great for increasing ability to focus, helps fine tune those trouble spots and builds confidence and strength in yourself.

Here is the workout breakdown:

And here is the video so you can do the workout in real time with us! (we filmed this video 2 weeks ago when we were both in Florida)

All you need is your Gymboss Interval Timer, a yoga mat and yourself for this at home workout.

We hope you enjoy the workout. We would love likes and comments 🙂

Remember to use hashtags #purelyfitlife and #purelytwins!

Look forward in working out with you guys next Move-it-Monday!

Twins question: Do you like doing plyometric exercises?

Plyometrics are great, the added jumps really make a difference in your workout! Lately instead of distance running I’ll do sprint drills and plyos. It makes me happy you guys go outside to work out, its amazing what the heat and humidity can do for you instead of a/c gym or in front of the computer 🙂

Oh I meant to share this website with you, the kinesiology section is especially helpful. It goes into great detail about anatomy, movement isolation, its really in depth. I’m a yoga teacher and its helped my understanding of mechanics.

Did this one again today and loved it just as much as last time! Really gets your heart screaming if you do every exercise to max effort for 40 seconds. I paired it with the “Don’t Have Time” circuit #11 today.
