under 10 minutes upper body bust workout

Happy Move-it-Monday everyone!  We have #purelyfitlife workout #7!

Working our arms and shoulders are some of our favorite body parts to exercise. Today we are sharing a fun arm burning short workout for you to try.


The workout is made up of only two exercises and takes under 10 minutes to complete.

You need a Gymboss Interval Timer for this workout.

Besides that all you need is yourself. No other special equipment.

This workout looks crazy intense, but in such a good way! I’ve fallen in love with quick interval-style cardio blasts lately, so I’m sure I’d enjoy this. Combining cardio and strength is such an efficient way to workout!

Just did your video this morning. Dang! Commando push ups kick my booty, I collapsed face down during one of the commando sets. Now I’m wishing some pound cake french toast would magically appear in my kitchen!
