This is a bodyweight workout you can do at home for cardio. Burpees are a great move for building strength and burning fat.
We all have that love/hate relationship with some form of exercise. And though we hate our burpees… we do love them more.
We created this workout last week.
We wanted a workout that was
- Full body.
- And kick our butts.
And this 100 burpee challenge is just that!

Here is our 3rd Purely Fit FREE workout for you guys. Make sure you subscribe to our channel.
It is a time challenge, so you are aiming to complete the 100 burpees as fast as you can. There are 4 different style burpees in this workout which you will be doing 25 reps of each one. Giving a total of 100 burpees. At the end you should be smiling at yourself for a job well done!
Burpees are hard but so great for your entire body. A mix of strength and cardio.
