4 tips to getting started to get FIT.

Here are some of our starting tips to get you started on your journey to reach your fitness goals. 

1) Define your goals —> You need to have some kind of fitness goals or dreams to work towards.  Have big and small goals. Short and long term.

2) Find your daily inspiration —> Each day find things that inspire you. If it is something you watch, something you read, or just something you do that gets you pumped and motivated to move.

3) Create a plan —>  No plan – more chances of failing. We suggest having some sort of plan or guideline to follow. Of course you can make changes as you go, but good to have some sort of base to build off from.

4) Just do it —> The hardest part is just getting started. But once you start and get in a daily routine it will should become more natural for you. You will start to crave your time for working out. 🙂

Great tips! Love the list, of course! AND it takes ~21 days to make or break a habit, so make a a plan to stick with it at least that long! I love one works, YouTube videos and DVDs- a combination of all!!!

I used to tell clients all the time START! you can always tweak–just dont git paralysis by ANALYSIS. pick a routine–and go!

Getting up in the morning and reading my favorite blogs and how their workouts and healthy morning eats are coming along. 🙂 I drink my coffee while reading it and then I’m motivated to go! 🙂

I think the best tip someone gave me and that I pass along often is to surround yourself with other people who want to get fit. Even if you don’t like the idea of having a workout buddy, at least find some sort of support network, online or in person, so you don’t feel so alone in tackling the hard stuff. Everyone struggles and it’s super helpful to have people cheering you on.
