Yesterday was gorgeous day here in NC! And we took advantage spending the day outside hanging out with friends.
But before we got all dolled-up we worked on workouts for our #purelyfittlife clients
We did a 15 minute full body routine plus 2 rounds of our strong sexy arm routine. Lori is loving her new moving comfort sports bra (that Michelle bought!) and of course love our Gymboss Interval Timer
A few highlights from our day yesterday:
Made protein coconut flour waffles for breakfast. We enjoyed these waffles as our pre-workout meal.
Breakfast was heavenly…a plate of protein waffles topped with creamy cashew lucuma frosting sprinkled with cacao nibs and hemp seeds. Best combo!
Post workout meal was a big salad (mixed lettuce, arugula, alfalfa sprouts) with a mix shredded brussel sprouts, sardines, and salmon!
Then it was time to get the house ready for some friends to come over and grill out.
We had a variety of eats for everyone to enjoy from the basic chips and salsa, carrots and cucumber with guacamole or hummus and pickles. We grilled up some grass-fed burgers. We enjoyed one plate with wine and little bit later in the evening came back to eat more burgers and snacked on pulp crackers.
It was great to sit and relax with friends. It was a perfect day yesterday for grilling too!
Dessert was some chocolate chip mint protein fudge brownies!
