We have our first Purely Fit Life workout video for you guys. Many of you requested a workout for the arms. A workout to help with getting rid of that flabby underarm.
You have already seen our killer leg interval workout and some of you have tried and liked it! So, we think you will love this arm workout too.
It’s designed to help tone up your arms… well really your whole upper body.

We picked some of our favorite arm toning exercises to create this killer arm routine.
If you pair this workout with one of our #plankorkouts you have yourself one amazing ARM toning workout. You will feel the burn with these moves. Promise.

We also did a video of us doing the workout with you. It took us about 15 minutes to complete the 4 rounds of the exercises.
Depending on your fitness level you can do 1-4 rounds and change up the weight to fit your needs. Remember to push hard and make it count. If you do not have weights that is fine, you can do just bodyweight and still get a great burn in the arms!
We suggest if you are a beginner start with 1 to 2 rounds and work your way up to 4 rounds and use weights for more challenge.
- A-fits (advanced peeps): use weights that challenge you and try to do 3-4 rounds
- B-fits (beginner peeps): use little or no weights and try to do 1-2 rounds, working your way up to 3-4 rounds.
You can do this workout once or twice a week to get those strong, lean and sexy arms you want 🙂
Arms are one of the easy body parts for Lori to tone, as for Michelle it is one of the hardest to tone. Michelle is going to do this workout twice a week to get her arms looking the way she wants them– strong and toned. Remember to work hard to get strong arms! Each body is different, even we have different bodies as twins. We each have our body parts that we have to work a little bit harder to achieve our goals. Everything is possible…you just have to work harder 🙂
