12 minute interval HIIT leg home workout.
Here is a great workout to do at home or anywhere. We did this workout this past Saturday and this morning. It really gets your heart rate up and legs will be burning!
You just need yourself and your Gymboss Interval Timer. Remember to give it your all!
We suggest if you are a beginner or new to interval workouts to increase your rest interval to 15 or 20 second breaks. Then power through 20 seconds of hard work. And overtime you can decrease your rest interval.
A-fits (advanced peeps) : 24 rounds of 10 sec and 20 sec intervals
B-fits (beginner peeps): 24 rounds of 15 sec and 20 sec intervals
Go at your pace but to also push yourself when you can. Remember you need to push yourself outside your comfort level to see results! We love doing intervals as we feel they are a great way to get in great shape. Who else loves doing intervals?
