Why do you workout?
Yesterday I created a 12 minute HIIT interval workout that Gary and I and even Michelle did. It felt nice to create a workout routine now as a personal trainer 🙂
I do plan on sharing what I did for the workout tomorrow plus more news about my plans at personal training.
Michelle’s day:
I enjoyed every single one of my meals yesterday and my stomach did too. Breakfast was GREEN waffles with eggs and bacon. Lunch was salmon salad with dulse flakes and coconut oil. Dinner was grilled fennel, zucchini, shrimp and tuna with a spinach cauliflower mash. And for dessert was single serving carob cake.
Lori’s day:
My green waffle did not turn out as well as Michelle. I forgot my baking soda and my waffles stuck to my waffle maker. I did manage to get all of the crumbs out. Even though my waffle did not turn out perfectly it still was delicious, especially with my egg on top.
Post-workout meal was a sardine, canned salmon salad with cauliflower and dulse flakes. Topped with coconut oil.
Had a cute little visitor yesterday afternoon.
A good friend of ours just got a Vizsla puppy a few weeks ago and brought him over to play with Jax.
It was so cute to see Jax be with a puppy. I have a feeling they are going to be best buds as they get older.
Dinner before heading out to hang with friends last night was salmon, lettuce, zucchini and turnips. Topped with olive oil and half avocado.
Getting back from having a few drinks with friends I made myself a simple carob egg puff cake.
And more lovin’ from you guys!
Happy to see people enjoying socca (we cannot wait to bring this back into our diet), planks, waffles and macaroons!
xoxo

Love the green waffles, especially for Dr. Seuss birthday this past week!
p.s. lover of all animals, but a sweet spot for pups! 🙂

I know almost made me want to get another vizsla puppy 😉
Hi ladies. I have been following your gut-healing journey out of curiosity, never thinking I’d have to do something similar. But last week I found out I may have some food sensitivities, so I am on a 4-week elimination challenge. I’ve been vegan for several years, and not surprisingly, my tests showed a lot of sensitivity to some meats and seafood, so that’s no issue. However, some of my other protein sources also showed sensitivity (nuts, some beans), so I am going to have to get creative! Thanks for sharing all of this with us.
Beth glad you are taking the steps to heal! It will be a long road but trust us it is worth it in the end 🙂 Doing an elimination diet should really help! Wishing you all the best 🙂 let us know if we can help in any way.
