We are trying not to get overwhelmed and just focus on one project at a time. We are just both so excited for the future.

Tara Stiles Yoga was the perfect way to get back into our regular morning workout routine.
We did the 40 mins of the strong flow and practiced headstands afterwards! Love taking time to practice our yoga.

I finally remembered to take my morning supplements and then could not wait to make a juice! After pulling out all of my ingredients, the juice was not big enough so I ended up juicing more carrots!
Egg salad with coconut oil.
Lunch was so good! I was craving a nori wrap and this hit the spot for me.
Filled my nori wrap with cooked cabbage, avocado and a can of tuna. I enjoyed the nori wrap on top of lettuce with coconut oil.
I did have a cup of bone broth and took digestive pill too.
Dinner was cooked cabbage and turnips with grass-fed beef and kale with a side of raw carrot slices with coocnut oil and apple cider vinegar. I did take my pre-dinner pills (plus HCL).
Pre-dinner snack was gelatin mixed with mesquite and took magnesium pills.
Overall thoughts – I had a good day. No stomach problems. I did drink my water. Staring to feel good again. Gaining my sense of routine back.
Breakfast was a lovely green carrot romaine juice followed my 2 eggs with more greens and coconut oil.
Lunch – nori wraps was on the mind. Enjoyed some avocado mixed with can tuna and very thinly sliced raw zucchini wrapped in a nori wrap. Served with some lettuce, coconut oil and nutritional yeast. Love these nori wraps, definitely going to keep trying to eat them on a daily basis.
I also enjoyed a cup of bone broth with my lunch. I also took digestive pill and HCL pill before lunch.
Late afternoon I made some peppermint tea and coconut flour- egg cake. Simple and so delicious. Just whipped one egg with one tbsp coconut flour cooked on skillet.
Dinner was thinly sliced raw carrots, more avocado, lettuce, grass-fed ground lamb (from US wellness meats) and steamed turnips. All topped with coconut oil and sea salt. I took all my pre-dinner pills and 2 HCL pills.
After dinner it was time to make marshmallows.
My overall thoughts of day:
It was a good day. I was still feeling a little out of it from the traveling and being away for a few days. But I was able to get a lot done with some personal training ideas and thoughts. Proud of being productive. I got back into my habit of drinking my water so that was good.
As you can tell we both love our nori wraps. They are so fun to make and easy to do too. Well, most of the time.
We are still not the best at rolling them and making them look pretty. Practice makes perfect, right? 😉
