Happy Saturday everyone!
Things sure have been crazy over here as Lori and Gary are in town with Jax.
Jax and our older sister’s dog have been playing non-stop! Literally. Jax is like the energizer bunny. Never stops.
And this morning our niece came over to play! She was soooo excited to meet Jax and play with him.
We started off good with our workouts and then kind of lost some motivation as the week went on. We are still trying to stay active during the holidays since knowing we are eating a little more sweets and other things we don’t eat all the time. But having all the dogs around sure keep us moving!
We did receive a question from a reader – “What do we eat when we do not workout first thing in the morning?”
Well it varies, some days we still enjoy a protein green smoothie but there are days when we enjoy donuts or even pancakes. Just depends on our mood and what our schedule is like for the rest of the day.
We even enjoy peppermint bars with our morning coffee sometimes 🙂
Do your eats vary depending on when you workout?
Mon: 12 minute #plankworkout + 10 min workout. Set our Gymboss Interval Timer for 10 minutes and do 2 moves – 5 full body ab touches with weight and 10 burpees with push-up and jump squat
Tue: Holiday Hottie Cardio (we do 2 minutes of jump rope instead of the run) + 12 minute #plankworkout
Fri: Day Off
Sat: Day Off
Sun: Day Off
Adding to Laura’s #strangebutgood eats is adding cacao nibs to everything.
Michelle and I love them on anything. We know it’s strange….but sooo good!
