Remember no matter if you can only do 2 minutes, you are doing it! We started at 2! So do not give up on yourself. Having a strong core is not only great for your health , but it helps you feel better about yourself!
Love fueling up with Perfect Fit Protein (our review of perfect fit protein here) after our workouts, whether in a green smoothie or just plain with water. And we usually always add a scoop of l-glutamine powder just forget to mention it!
Weekly workout from this past week, which we did a little more cardio based workouts this week. We felt like really moving the body as we have been sitting at the computer for hours this week. So fitting in quick cardio workouts were a perfect fit into our schedule this week.
Mon – our 12 minute plankworkout
Wed – 12 minute plank with 8 minute cardio no rest interval using our Gymboss Interval Timer to set the 30/30 second intervals. No breaks have to push hard for just 8 minutes.
Thur – active rest day 15-20 minute walk outside
Fri – 12 minute cardio interval workout
Sat and Sun – Tara Stiles yoga
Yoga is a perfect way to end up a long week for us!
And our eats that we have been enjoying that we highlighted yesterday –
The first picture was cooked squash with coconut oil, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs!! Best combo!!
The second plate was our veggie egg meal and we each had a little treat with out second round of coffee. Enjoying lots of cookies!
And Thursday we finished our 1 st cookbook draft, so we celebrated with wine and sushi! A lot of it 🙂 Perfect!
Love how our niece is already interested in weights 😉 even though it lasts only a minute.
