We love the rich, unique flavor of tahini, whether it is store bought or homemade tahini.

Yes we are known for eating it plainjust spoonfuls of goodness.

We love using it to make salad dressings.

Mix tahini in your favorite yogurt with a banana for a perfect balanced breakfast. mmm so good!

Here are some other ways to enjoy our beloved tahini! We hope we can inspire you to give it a try in a different way!

1) mix with veggies –Kraut tahini mixed with squash

2) great addition to protein balls for a healthy snack- Chocolate protien tahini chia balls

3) great  to add to spreads- Kraut hemp tahini spread

4) tahini makes great frosting – Tahini lucuma frosting

Great ideas for tahini! I have some at home, and primarily use it for salad dressings and “energy bites”.

I absolutely love tahini! My favourite way is straight from the jar, or to whip up vegan caesar salad dressings with capers, lots of garlic and apple cider vinegar!

I love the style of these posts( so many new ideas!), & I adooore tahini- such a yummmy, superfood I think. Yogurt, tahini, banana & hemp seeds is one of my most satisfying snacks. Yup, totally inspired by you lovely ladies:).
Tahini & homemade ginger preserves on toast is also scrumptious.

I love tahini too! It’s really good in a chicken or tuna salad, and I love tossing brussels in it with some spices to roast.

I’ve really only recently started using tahini more. I love to use it for tofu marinades, stir fry sauces, and recently dressings.

I have tahini daily lately because I love it too! I even just made my own over the weekend because I was inspired by you to do so! I love it as my morning snack on green leafy vegetables with some warm roasted veggies (whatever I have leftover – roasted: turnip, chopped red cabbage, Brussels, red onion, fennel, cauli or broccoli…any combination of these are common lately). I add the tahini and a few hemp hearts! I crave it! Sometimes I also top that with cinnamon- I love cinnamon with tahini!

I just can’t seem to get enough of tahini mixed with lemon or lime juice. It gets so fluffy! Usually I mix it in with some stir-fried veggies, but half of it may just as well be gone by the time I put it in the pan ^^
