Right now I’m loving working out. It’s the first time in my life that I’ve really committed to doing it consistently and now, a few months later, I’m noticing the changes in my body. I have tons of energy (much needed with a toddler at home!) and I feel much stronger.

I’m addicted to planks. Thanks for being the first to expose me to them! They’re great for a quick work-out at home and really save my day when I can’t make it to the gym.

i have yet to have a red cup! seriously! at least i know for sure i will get one when we drive to eastern PA to see nate’s fam on the turnpike haha. needs to change! my fave thing of late is to have pumpkin in savory sauce. mashing up puree with tahini, mustard and some raw dressing by Zukay.

also, me exercising more regularly in the mornings is making a come back—it’s mainly bc it is so cold in my bathroom and my water doesn’t heat up very much in the shower so unless i am already sweating, i am freezing in there. basically, the only reason i am exercising is to get clean haha!

Making changes to diet and exercise each day and feeling better! I remember sitting on my daddy’s lap when I was a little girl, he’d give me a piece of sardine on a soda cracker. LOVE sardines….good stuff:D

I have a few favorite daily happenings! green smoothie post-early morning workout and chia puddings for breakfast… I seriously cannot get enough 🙂

I love getting my body moving every day and spending more time in God’s word. My day is full of purpose when I can focus on truth and encouragement.

I really want to try those sardines. I will pick som eup tomorrow…thanks for inspiring me!

I am loving getting my yoga rpactice in each day..or at least trying to every day. I used to only maybe do it once a week, now it’s 4x! Every day I do something related to yoga though. Particularily practicing being present. So important when I spend time with my little sweet Ella!

purelytwins November 27, 2012 - 8:11 pm

definitely important to be with Ella 🙂 HUGS
