chocolate chip pumpkin blondie squares (gluten-free, vegan, nut-free)

Gluten-free egg-free dairy-free nut-free recipe for chocolate chip pumpkin blondies! A great fall treat!




  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place all dry ingredients into a bowl , whisk the ingredients.
  3. Next you will add in your wet ingredients (pumpkin puree, coconut oil, water). Stir all ingredients together in bowl.
  4. Stir till all combined.
  5. Batter will be a little thick. Grab your pan and scoop your batter into each hole. Or into your 8 inch pan.
  6. I lightly oiled my pan with coconut oil.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean
