Another week of workouts come and gone. This week we both felt amazing during our workouts. And seriously love ending the long week with some yoga! Definitely going to continue that.

Monday – 5 minute #plankworkout + Cardio Kickoff workout from Amanda Russell. We changed the intervals up a little – we set our Gymboss Interval Timer
16 rounds of 50/15 intervals. The workout was 8 different exercises (did them twice)
Tuesday – 8 minute #plankworkout + Tone It Up 30 workout. We did not do the running part of this workout, just the moves. We set our Gymboss Interval Timer
to 15 rounds of 60 seconds. Workout was 5 different exercises (repeated 3 times)
We have been having a simple green protein smoothie after our workouts, and then a little later enjoy something like this –
Thursday – 8 minute #plankworkout + Tone It Up foam workout. 6 different exercises 15 reps each using 8lbs weights when we could.
Michelle filmed a new #plankworkout, video will be up Monday. And enjoyed more chocolate protein chia cookies.
Friday: did yoga
Love the idea of yoga Fridays!
It is something that we know we need to do more of but for some reason find it difficult to do mentally. As we always think we need to do weights or HIIT workout.
But in reality we need yoga just as much!
Need to remember to exhale.
Take some time for ourselves in a different breathe, spiritual way through our yoga practice.
Saturday – Lori taking day off as she is attending a friend’s wedding, which it is an interesting setup. Wedding in morning. Reception at night. Anyone ever been to a morning wedding?
Michelle is at the beach for the next few days and enjoyed a little walk to watch the sunrise. An old pair of Mizuno shoes made for the perfect beach shoe.
Sunday – maybe more yoga, or walking, or maybe another day off. We shall see.
