Thank you to everyone who wished our mom a wonderful birthday!! It was another great day full of great food and special moments with the family 😉

Previous week workouts here.

Sunday – ended up being another day off

Monday –  5  minute plank with an interval workout  using Gymboss Interval Timer, then did the two sets of 5 minute interval  workout.

Both us woke up on Monday morning feeling like doing a quick  full body style workout to get the body moving. And doing interval of 5 minutes did just that.

Tuesday –  5 minute plank workout, TIU Arm Routine (3 sets we did use weights 8lbs) , and 3 sets of 15 pushups; working on getting our arms toned.

Wednesday – 8 minute plank plus leg workout (did the tone it up girls leg routine twice).

Thursday – 8 minute plank workout plus  Valerie Walters Rock Your Cardio (twice through), would have done 3 times through but ran out of time. So we made the two rounds we did worth it!  Gotta make it count.

We have both enjoying squashes/pumpkin as mini meal during the day.

Tahini makes for the perfect topping for the squashes too! So satisfying!

Friday – Yoga. We did two different Tara Stiles videos – Yoga for your butt and Totally body sweat and tone. Short and sweet. We have decided to make Friday our yoga day. A great way to end the week!

Saturday – ZWOW 38. Man it has been awhile since we have done a ZWOW.

Sunday – not sure, maybe rest or walk outside

And got this new live love lift shirt that I won in Janetha’s giveaway. It’s from fashletics. I am in love with this tank it!!

Also got a necklace that came in this handy pouch! The necklace says strength on it which I love!  Fashletics  even has all types of clothing for women, men, and babies!  Adore their jewelry.

Hey, just curious, have you guys always been into shorter workouts? I know (aswell as HIIT training) I love running, group fitness classes and weight training at the gym!

Cheyenne we got into shorter workouts about 2 years ago, before that we did lots of running and spin classes
