Sunday – ended up being another day off
Both us woke up on Monday morning feeling like doing a quick full body style workout to get the body moving. And doing interval of 5 minutes did just that.
Wednesday – 8 minute plank plus leg workout (did the tone it up girls leg routine twice).
Thursday – 8 minute plank workout plus Valerie Walters Rock Your Cardio (twice through), would have done 3 times through but ran out of time. So we made the two rounds we did worth it! Gotta make it count.
We have both enjoying squashes/pumpkin as mini meal during the day.
Tahini makes for the perfect topping for the squashes too! So satisfying!
Saturday – ZWOW 38. Man it has been awhile since we have done a ZWOW.
Sunday – not sure, maybe rest or walk outside
Also got a necklace that came in this handy pouch! The necklace says strength on it which I love! Fashletics even has all types of clothing for women, men, and babies! Adore their jewelry.
