  1. Chocolate Squash Protein Chia Cookies are sooooooo good!!!! This was the first recipes I’ve made from your collection and oh my! Num!!! This was the first recipe I’ve made from your collection and they turned out fantastic! I used sorghum flour because that is what I had. Also, since I used the TIUP protein powder and find it really sweet I just used the coconut sugar and omitted the stevia. Didn’t miss it at all. The squash was a combo of acorn I had roasted and TJ’s organic pumpkin. So moist and chocolaty!! Will be making them again. Thank you. =)

  6. I ardently follow your blog posts each day, and I can honestly only say that about one other blog. I find you both very inspiring and I love learning from you and following you on your journey. Not to mention that your recipes are wonderfully creative and unique to anything else I have ever seen. I bought your kindle book mostly so I could support you two. Thanks and keep it up!

  7. I added in some roasted sesame seeds along with the chia and just a hint of coconut flour and almond butter to the tahini. Reminded me of halvah. I am doing a low carb paleo, and this satisfied my cravings, without decimating today’s food diary. Thanks! I will be joyfully reading your blog from now on.
