This is a 20-minute workout that uses dumbbells to shape and sculpt your whole body and can be done almost anywhere. This workout will get you sweating, toning and leaning out.
Set your timer for 20 rounds of 10 sec rest/ 50 sec work.
The exercise moves:
- Incline push-up with plank jack
- 2 jump squats with an alternating kick over
- Incline side plank row to reach up with leg lift – right
- Incline side plank row to reach up with leg lift – left
