Highlights of our life and shout outs to our Purely Twins community #ptsisters
Highlights From Our Week:
We are so pumped for this morning routine project. We have been feeling on fire and have been seeing small miracles unfolding in our lives. It is just so beautiful to do it all together.
Finally got around to taking Lyla’s 11 month old pictures.
She is growing up. She is walking great. She has her two bottom teeth and her two top teeth have popped through the skin. And she is moving into having just 1 nap a day. Lot’s of changes over here for us all.
Enjoyed an old favorite SOCCA! So good.
Hoping the kids would enjoy it but not so much. I will admit it can be hard sometimes getting a variety of food into my kids diet when they have certain foods they only want to eat.
Late nights the past few nights working on our business (the past few weeks we’ve been working with an amazing web person to upgrade our coaching site and the end is in sight!).
Keeping our bodies and minds awake and positive (as when we are tired it is easier to fall down the negativity downward spiral) with eating some homemade soft batch chocolate chip cookies while reading some from “You have 4 more minutes to change your life,” by our friend Bex.
Thank goodness for 4 minute meditations and uplifting essential oils diffusing to get your soul feeling balanced, focused and energized #mindbodysoul
Nap time used to be where we did some ME time stuff life exercise. Well with nap times changing over here working out will just get down when it does. Thank goodness for the RISE project to get us back into the morning workout routine.
Tried these out on the girls (and us!) and they ate them. YAY!
So blessed to have two girls that bring so much love and joy into my families lives.
Plantain protein donuts!
The best way to start the day 😉 with lots of happy cup.
Madison enjoying some play time at the park. Surprisingly neither Madison or Lyla loves swinging. I know most kids can do it for a long time, but my two are good for about a few swings then want out.
An arrow can only be released by first pulling back. When life pulls you back, it simply means you’re launching into something amazing.
Found this quote on pinterest and just loved it! How true is this? What we are all going through is preparing us for what is to come. 🙂
Remember we are all enough.
Breakfast out with the family!! The best.
